Sports / Deputy Governor of Eastern Region Congratulates Al Khaleej Club on Its Distinguished Sports Achievements for 2025-2026

Dammam, 23 Muharram 1448 AH, corresponding to July 08, 2026 AD, SPA: His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Eastern Region, received at his office today the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Khaleej Club, Engineer Ahmed bin Ali Akhreidah, accompanied by a number of board members and a number of players, on the occasion of the sports achievements achieved by the club during the sports season (2026/2025). His Highness emphasized the importance of continuing efforts to develop the sports system in clubs, and raising the efficiency of technical and administrative performance, contributing to enhancing the competitiveness of clubs at various levels, and achieving positive results that reflect the scale of development witnessed by the sports sector in the region, congratulating the club's staff and players on the achievements made during the sports season. The Chairman of the Board presented to His Highness an overview of the club's most prominent achievements during the season, which included the first handball team winning the Saudi Premier League championship, the Saudi Super Cup, the Saudi Federation Cup, and the Elite Cup for seniors, in addition to what the club's various sports achieved in swimming, athletics (women), and archery, reflecting the diversity of the sports successes achieved by the club.
