His Excellency Advisor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA) and President of the Saudi Boxing Federation, announced the details of the fight card for "The Comeback," which takes place on Saturday, July 25 in Jeddah, featuring strong bouts for world titles. British boxer Hamza Sheeraz will defend his WBO super middleweight title against German Simon Zachenhuber, while British boxer Josh Kelly will put his IBF light middleweight title on the line against undefeated Irishman Cawwheen Agyarko.

The event is headlined by the anticipated heavyweight main event between British boxer Anthony Joshua and Albanian Christian Brenga, as part of the Jeddah Calendar activities in cooperation with Riyadh Season, and in partnership with "Matchroom," "Sela," and "Gold Star," with exclusive broadcast to various parts of the world via DAZN.

Josh Kelly enters the fight after winning the IBF title earlier this year following his victory over Russian boxer Bakhram Murtazaliev, while Agyarko receives his first opportunity to compete for a world title in his professional career, after the elimination bout he was scheduled to fight earlier this year was canceled.

Hamza Sheeraz also returns to the ring after winning the WBO title in Egypt last May, making his first title defense against German Simon Zachenhuber, in one of the event's standout bouts.

The card sees the return of Japanese boxer Rito Tsutsumi to the Kingdom after his impressive victory in the "Samurai Night" event in Riyadh last December, facing Mexican Alvin Herrera, while Ukrainian Oleksandr Khyzhniak, Olympic gold medalist, fights his second professional bout against Frenchman Leny Batratch.

British boxer Mickey Tallon makes his debut in the Kingdom against Venezuelan Orlando Pino, while Indian Nishant Dev, bronze medalist at the Paris 2024 Olympics, continues his professional journey against Peruvian Cesar Diaz.

The card also includes a fight between Polish boxer Pavel August and Danish Jacob Bank, after August pulled off a notable upset earlier by defeating Simon Zachenhuber, despite stepping in as a short-notice replacement.

On the local front, three of Saudi Arabia's top boxers return to the ring on home soil: Mohammed Al-Aqil faces Maltese boxer Laidon Chirkop, Ziyad Al-Maayouf meets Mexican boxer Frank Mango, and Sultan Al-Muhammad fights Spanish boxer Efren Besaldosh.

The card also features an Egyptian presence through Omar Heikal, who faces Spanish boxer Brian Castellano, and Mohamed Mabrouk, who meets Colombian Bryan Zapata, as they aim to continue their advancement on the international stage.

Fight week activities kick off on Wednesday, July 22 with the "Grand Arrival" event at Jeddah Yacht Club, followed by the press conference on Thursday, then the weigh-in ceremony on Friday at Jeddah Promenade, with all fight week activities broadcast live via DAZN.

It is worth noting that the Jeddah Calendar and Riyadh Season are among the Kingdom's leading entertainment and sports destinations, having solidified their presence in recent years by hosting a series of major global events and activities, reflecting the Kingdom's growing prominence on the map of major events and enhancing its appeal as a destination attracting visitors and international events.
