Dr. Mohammed bin Fahd bin Mujaydi' earned a PhD in Philosophy in Digital Sociology from King Saud University with distinction for his interdisciplinary thesis combining sociology and computer science, titled: 'Employing Artificial Intelligence to Enhance Restorative Justice.'

The study focused on identifying the optimal model for applying AI techniques to support restorative justice in personal status cases through the 'Taradi' platform, and culminated in the development of a proposed model for an intelligent chatbot named 'Saleh', based on generative AI technologies, to serve as an assistant to the human reconciliation officer and support their efforts in managing reconciliation processes.

Ibn Mujaydi' explained that the proposed model contributes to the psychological calming of beneficiaries, collecting data and information accurately and quickly, analyzing them, and preparing reports and recommendations that help the reconciliation officer choose the most suitable restorative methods, thereby enhancing the chances of reaching more effective consensual solutions.

The study results showed that employing AI in reconciliation work contributes to increasing procedural efficiency, improving the beneficiary experience, enhancing restorative justice, and preserving family cohesion as the basic building block of society, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing judicial services, improving quality of life, and utilizing modern technologies to serve the community.
