The Ministry of Municipalities and Housing has made available more than 70 digital services via the comprehensive national app 'Tawakkalna', enabling individuals, establishments, and investors to complete a number of municipal, housing, and real estate procedures through a unified and trusted digital channel. The available services include issuing and managing commercial licenses, updating their data, issuing health certificates, along with a number of construction services, including issuing building permits, occupancy and compliance certificates, correcting building status, fencing land, and transferring ownership of a building permit. The services also allow beneficiaries to book appointments online, calculate municipal service fees, submit objections to fines and fees, inquire about transactions, cadastral reports, and licenses, in addition to submitting reports related to improving the urban landscape and damaged cars, and requesting municipal services. In the housing and real estate track, the services include verifying housing support eligibility, inquiring about 'Sakani' reservations, benefiting from the mortgage calculator and electronic mortgage, in addition to leasing and investment services and qualifying real estate developers, as well as issuing permits for mobile vans, occupying sidewalks, and holding events. Making these services available via the 'Tawakkalna' app reflects the integration of the ministry's digital system and expands the channels for providing its municipal, housing, and real estate services, allowing beneficiaries to complete their transactions, follow up on them, and access related information through a unified platform.
