Johnny Reed was at his home in Buckhannon, West Virginia, Tuesday evening when he noticed water levels rising outside. Home security camera footage showed him rushing to pick up his son, then jumping into his truck and driving to higher ground across the street. During that time, a neighbor's storage shed and his four-wheeler (ATV) were swept away in front of his home, along with debris carried by the floodwaters.
