The National Center for Meteorology expected in its report on today's weather that the weather will remain hot to extremely hot in the Eastern Region and does not rule out light rain in its southern parts, while the effect of active winds stirring dust and sand continues in parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, and Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah regions, which may lead to near-zero horizontal visibility in parts of Riyadh and Najran regions and the eastern parts of the western and southwestern highlands of the Kingdom. The chance also remains for thunderstorms accompanied by hail and active winds in parts of the highlands of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran regions.

The report indicated that surface wind movement over the Red Sea is northwesterly to southwesterly at a speed of 10-30 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. Wave height ranges from half a meter to one and a half meters, reaching over two meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the northern part. The sea state is light waves reaching moderate with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part.

Surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf is northwesterly to northeasterly at a speed of 13-27 km/h, wave height from half a meter to one meter, and sea state is light waves.
