Israeli settlers attacked municipal crews in Qabalan, south of Nablus, destroyed a farm northwest of the city, and damaged agricultural lands in Jenin and Ramallah on Saturday, as part of ongoing Israeli assaults in the occupied West Bank.

The official Palestinian news agency WAFA reported, citing local sources, that settlers assaulted crews from the Qabalan municipality while they were laying an electric line to a house in the Ain al-Qasab area south of Nablus, preventing them from completing the work.

In another incident northwest of Nablus, settlers attacked a farm in the al-Masoudiya area, part of the lands of Burqa town, and destroyed its contents, including a agricultural room, according to Dhiyab Hajji, head of the Defense Committee for al-Masoudiya Lands.

In Jenin governorate in the northern West Bank, local sources told WAFA that settlers attacked Khirbet Masoud near Yabad town on Saturday morning, letting their livestock into agricultural lands, causing damage to crops and trees.

The agency added that Khirbet Masoud and its surroundings are continuously subjected to attacks by settlers and the Israeli army, including house raids, attacks on pastoral areas, and assaults on citizens and their property.

This is part of an Israeli policy aimed at pressuring residents and seizing more land for settlement expansion.

In Ramallah and al-Bireh governorate in the central West Bank, settlers damaged crops in the al-Khalayil area, part of al-Mughayyir village east of the city, after grazing their livestock on citizens' lands.

These attacks come amid escalating settler assaults on Palestinians, their property, and agricultural lands in various parts of the West Bank.

According to a semi-annual report by the Palestinian Authority's Commission against the Wall and Settlement, settlers carried out 3,488 attacks during the first half of 2026, including attacks on Palestinian communities, burning of homes and vehicles, shooting at Palestinians, seizing land, and establishing settlement outposts.

Since October 8, 2023, the Israeli army and settlers have escalated their assaults in the occupied West Bank, resulting in the killing of 1,175 Palestinians, injury of 12,919 others, arrest of about 24,000, and displacement of 33,000, according to official Palestinian figures.
