The Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Thursday that the death toll from the genocide being committed by Israel against Palestinians has risen to 73,311, after recording 6 deaths in the past 24 hours.
The ministry said in its daily statistical report that hospitals received 6 dead in the past 24 hours, including 3 killed in new attacks, 2 who died of their wounds, in addition to the recovery of one body, as well as 6 wounded.
The ministry did not clarify the circumstances of the new deaths and injuries, as the Israeli army continues its violations of the ceasefire agreement in the Strip in effect since October 10, 2025, through shelling and gunfire.
It added that a number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads, with ambulance and civil defense crews unable to reach them.
The ministry explained that the death toll from Israeli violations of the agreement has risen to 1,185 dead and 3,816 wounded.
It reported that the death toll from the genocide committed by Israel since October 8, 2023 has reached 73,311 dead and 173,924 wounded.
The agreement was reached to stop the genocide, which alongside the casualties caused widespread destruction affecting about 90 percent of civilian infrastructure.
