A new video - documenting the first bomb assassination attempt in Monaco - shows a woman walking down the street and placing what appears to be a bomb at the entrance of a residential building.

Seconds later, millionaire Vladimir Mulayev, of Ukrainian origin, appears accompanied by a woman and a child as they climb the stairs. The bomb then explodes, injuring all three, according to authorities.
