US Army Announces Start of New Airstrikes on Iran

The US Army announced early Wednesday that it has begun its latest airstrikes on Iran, for the eleventh consecutive night.

The US Central Command said in a statement, "These airstrikes aim to continue undermining Iran's ability to threaten commercial navigation in the Strait of Hormuz."
Iranian news agencies reported information about strikes that targeted the west of Tabriz city in northwestern Iran, and the city of Sirik in southern Iran, in addition to activating air defense in Tehran to confront hostile targets.
