Remittances from foreign residents in Saudi Arabia recorded a decline of 7% in May 2026, reaching about 14.15 billion riyals, compared to the same period in 2025.
On a monthly basis, foreign remittances in May decreased by about 505 million riyals, or 3%, according to data from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).
