Monsha'at Organizes Workshop on Marketing Strategies and Tools

Today, Monsha'at (the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority) organized a workshop titled 'Marketing Strategies and Tools' to develop the skills of entrepreneurs, with the participation of a select group of owners of small and medium enterprises, experts, and specialists, at the Monsha'at Support Center in Jeddah.

The workshop covered providing those interested in marketing with the necessary basic concepts and skills, effective marketing strategies, and a comparison between marketing elements and their characteristics, in addition to the basic concepts of building brand mental image, and methods of identifying target groups to launch successful marketing campaigns.

The workshop reviewed marketing activities for business owners in the establishment and development stage, by providing them with knowledge and skills that help them choose appropriate marketing channels, improve operations, and measure customer satisfaction to support the growth of their businesses. The workshop also discussed introducing the basic concepts of marketing planning, setting strategic plans, understanding markets and comparing them, and the steps for preparing marketing research and studies.

These efforts come within Monsha'at's initiatives to enhance the entrepreneurial environment in the Kingdom and build a sustainable business ecosystem based on innovation and integration between the government and private sectors, aiming to empower entrepreneurs and increase the contribution of small and medium enterprises to the national economy.
