Reading an event in its moment is one thing; understanding its meaning after its completion is another. Many incidents pass before us in an ordinary form, then return days or years later laden with meaning we did not notice. We plan, arrange, and set endings as we see fit, then life takes a path not present in our calculations, and we discover that what we know is far less than what is hidden from us.

Despite avoiding exaggeration in interpreting events, reflecting on occurrences allows one to perceive the limits of their vision, demonstrating that what seems firm today may take a different form tomorrow by God's will. The World Cup final between Spain and Argentina stands as a sporting encounter carrying subtle details that warrant contemplation.

And on the same turf, time recalled a photo taken nineteen years earlier, capturing Lionel Messi and Lamine Yamal, the Spanish star of Moroccan and Guinean origins. Messi, then 20, participated in a charity calendar shoot organized by UNICEF and Sport newspaper, holding a baby no more than five months old, placing him in a small tub in front of the camera. The match brought the family together in front of a single screen, despite differences in ages and interests. Some loved football, others knew little about its rules; some came to watch Messi, others to follow Yamal, and some were drawn only by the global event. Each had their own motive, but the scene gathered them in one space after small screens had scattered family members, each living in their separate world inside the same home. The match did not solve life's problems, nor did it erase differences in taste, but it provided a simple proof that a (family) can come together whenever it finds a common goal and a space where members' interests intersect. It may be football on one night, or a family occasion, an idea, or a project on another night. Three seemingly disparate images: leaders united by a sports platform despite differing visions; a great star facing a young man he once held as a baby nineteen years earlier; and a family scattered by life's details then reunited by a world final. The thread connecting them is one: man sees part of the scene, then treats it as if it were the whole picture! How many situations have we misread in the moment, how many roads we thought closed led us to unexpected places, how many experiences seemed harsh before time revealed their meaning. Planning is necessary, striving is a duty, but certainty remains broader than human calculations, for everything happens by God's will. * A point under the line: What we see as an end may be the first line of a scene we have not yet read; man calculates with what he knows, and God decrees with what He knows.
