His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received at his office in the Emirate Diwan, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Distinguished Institutional Performance Association, Mr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Mahboub, accompanied by board members.

His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province affirmed that institutional excellence is a fundamental pillar for raising performance efficiency, improving service quality, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous development, contributing to building more efficient and sustainable institutions, keeping pace with development goals across various sectors, in addition to qualifying national competencies, exchanging expertise, and disseminating best practices to enhance institutional performance.

Al-Mahboub presented to His Highness the Governor of the Eastern Province an overview of the association's most prominent programs and activities for the year 2026, which aim to spread the culture of distinguished institutional performance, enhance institutional efficiency and raise their performance levels, and support the application of best administrative practices, contributing to improving the quality of institutional performance, promoting innovation and sustainability, and raising the level of competitiveness in various sectors.
