In a dramatic conclusion that ends the nightmare that held the Egyptian public in suspense for the past hours, the flight of the 'Alexandria lawyer' did not last long. The accused, identified as S.M.H., fell into the hands of security forces inside her hideout in Sheikh Zayed City in Giza, after precise tracking of her mobile phone.

With the capture of the fugitive young woman, horrifying confessions poured in that resolved the biggest mystery and turned doubts into terrifying certainty: the victim is her elderly mother, and the crime details unfolded over two full days!

Before the investigation authorities, the lawyer stood to recount the final moments of her mother's life without hesitation, attributing her hostile behavior to accumulated disputes due to what she described as 'mistreatment.'

The crime began with a verbal altercation inside the rented apartment in the Sidi Bishr Qibli area, which quickly escalated into physical assault, and then the lawyer strangled her mother until death. The tragedy did not stop there; the accused used a knife and scissors to dismember the body and distribute it between bags and the refrigerator in a desperate attempt to eliminate evidence before fleeing.

Investigations revealed shocking surprises about the psychological background of the accused, as it was found that she had suffered from negative psychological conditions and severe depressive episodes after the tragic loss of her daughter some time ago, which made her lose her psychological and family balance.

Information indicated that the lawyer had attempted suicide several times in the past, and her fellow lawyers would intervene at the last moment to save her, before the area woke up to the tragedy that shocked public opinion.

After confiscating the weapon used and collecting forensic evidence, the accused was transferred under tight security to undergo investigations and a crime scene reconstruction, pending the final report from forensic medicine and DNA analysis, in preparation for an urgent criminal trial.
