Official Iranian media reported, citing the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, on Thursday that a missile and drone attack targeted the early warning radar system at Ali Al Salem Air Base in Kuwait.

The sources added that the attack also included targeting a gathering of American soldiers inside the base, as part of operations that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard announced it had carried out against American military targets in the region.

This comes in response to the latest American attacks on Iranian territory announced by the US Central Command, as part of eliminating Iran's military capabilities that threaten navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.

The US Central Command said moments ago that the military has completed the latest wave of strikes on Iran, which it carried out on the orders of President Donald Trump.

In a statement, it said: 'US forces bombed Iranian command centers, air defense sites, missile and drone capabilities, and coastal monitoring facilities,' and added that the forces also bombed targets in Bandar Abbas, which includes Iran's largest port and major facilities of the navy and the Revolutionary Guard on the Strait of Hormuz.
