The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced a new wave of offensive strikes against Iran, targeting dozens of military sites in multiple areas using precision munitions, with the aim of undermining Tehran's ability to continue threatening international navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.

The command clarified in an official statement that the strikes hit air defense systems, coastal radar sites, missile and drone equipment, as well as small boats.

The operations were carried out using American fighter jets and Navy ships, along with drones and unmanned boats.
