أعلنت القيادة المركزية الأمريكية مواصلة عملياتها العسكرية لليلة الثالثة عشرة على التوالي، مستهدفة مواقع ومنشآت إيرانية لحماية الملاحة في مضيق هرمز.
Washington, July 24 (QNA) - The US Central Command (CENTCOM) announced the completion of the 13th consecutive night of strikes against Iran.
In a statement on its official account on platform X early Friday morning, it said: 'The US Central Command targeted Iranian military command centers, drone storage facilities, communications networks, coastal surveillance sites, and naval capabilities, with the aim of further reducing the threat posed by Iran to civilian navigators and commercial vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz.'
The US Central Command stressed that the international waterway remains open to navigation despite the recent attacks launched by Iran.
It affirmed that commercial vessels continue to sail freely through the strait with US military support.
More than 50,000 American soldiers are currently deployed across the Middle East region.
