Abha, Muharram 29, 1448 AH, corresponding to July 14, 2026, SPA -- King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, launched the Summer Training Program 2026, comprising 30 training programs and initiatives distributed across five main tracks, implemented in cooperation with a number of local and international entities. The Dean of Student Affairs at the university, Dr. Saad bin Saeed Al-Qahtani, explained that the program has witnessed, since the opening of registration, more than four thousand male and female applicants, an indicator reflecting the university students' awareness of the importance of investing the summer vacation in developing their skills and acquiring professional expertise. He pointed out that the program includes five main tracks: professional certificates, health programs, international programs, leadership programs and labor market skills, in addition to specialized programs, providing students with diverse training options that align with their academic majors and professional interests. He added that the duration of the programs ranges from one to two weeks, while international programs extend from two weeks to a month.
