He added that achieving regional stability requires establishing a system based on respect for state sovereignty, non-interference in internal affairs, good neighborliness, freedom of navigation, and adherence to international law.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed that violations of the principles of respect for sovereignty and non-interference must be met with accountability, as policies of aggression and hegemony only lead to insecurity and are incompatible with the stability and prosperity of the region.
