Escalation of Russian attacks on Ukrainian / French regions and cities

Kyiv, July 21 (QNA) - Ukrainian authorities announced today the killing of two people and injury of 23 others in Russian strikes on several regions in Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian news agency "Ukrinform", Russian forces launched 40 attacks on the Dnipropetrovsk region using drones, resulting in two deaths and 17 injuries, including children.

In Kharkiv, five people were injured as a result of a Russian attack, while another person was injured in a drone attack in the Chernihiv region.

In the same context, Ukrainian air defense forces announced the downing of 46 out of 58 Russian drones overnight.

These strikes come at a time when Russia has intensified its attacks on a number of Ukrainian facilities, including ports, in recent days, amid the ongoing military conflict between the two sides and the absence of signs of a near political settlement.
