King Khalid University Launches Summer Training Program with 30 Training Programs
King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, has launched the 2026 Summer Training Program, featuring 30 training programs and initiatives distributed across five main tracks, implemented in cooperation with a number of local and international entities. The Dean of Student Affairs at the university, Dr. Saad bin Saeed Al-Qahtani, explained that the program has witnessed, since registration opened, an influx of over four thousand male and female applicants, an indicator reflecting the awareness of the university's students of the importance of investing the summer break in developing their skills and acquiring professional expertise. He pointed out that the program includes five main tracks: professional certifications, health programs, international programs, leadership programs and labor market skills, in addition to specialized programs, providing students with diverse training options that align with their academic specializations and professional interests. He added that the duration of the programs ranges from one to two weeks, while international programs last from two weeks to a month. The programs vary across fields such as artificial intelligence, data analysis and business intelligence, digital marketing, project management, digital transformation, health programs, engineering, entrepreneurship, law, media and communication, English language, tourism and hospitality, in addition to training camps, international programs, and student exchange programs, reflecting the breadth of training fields and their connection to priority sectors and the needs of national development.
