The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah called on pilgrims and visitors to adhere to the designated use of Zamzam water containers inside the Two Holy Mosques, stressing that these containers are intended for drinking only.

In an awareness message as part of its electronic campaign #Jai_Al_Umrah?, the Ministry explained that Zamzam containers are not designated for ablution or filling bottles, pointing out that adherence to correct use contributes to facilitating the service for all guests of the Most Merciful, especially in high-density locations inside the Two Holy Mosques.

The Ministry affirmed that preserving Zamzam facilities and services reflects the awareness of visitors and pilgrims, and helps ensure the smoothness and organization of the service to guarantee its access to everyone.
