Artificial intelligence specialist Dr. Badr Al-Badrani said that the Kingdom achieved a qualitative leap in artificial intelligence.

Al-Badrani added, in an interview with Al-Akhbariya channel, that the Kingdom achieved this through governance, developing digital infrastructure, and qualifying national competencies; which solidified its global position.

He continued that the Kingdom's approach was based on a comprehensive integrated system led by the Saudi Authority for Data and Artificial Intelligence (SDAIA), through investment in digital infrastructure and strategic local and global partnership, while setting clear regulatory frameworks and national policies that protect digital sovereignty and ensure safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

The artificial intelligence specialist concluded that the Kingdom implements intensive training camp initiatives, in addition to introducing artificial intelligence as a main subject in general and higher education.
