The National Center for Meteorology reported in its forecast for today's weather, God willing, that the weather will remain hot to very hot in the Eastern Region, with the possibility of light rain in its southern parts. Meanwhile, the impact of active winds stirring dust and sand will continue in parts of the Northern Borders, Al-Jouf, Tabuk, and Madinah regions, potentially leading to near-zero visibility in parts of Riyadh and Najran regions, as well as the eastern parts of the western and southwestern highlands of the Kingdom. Additionally, the chance remains for thunderstorms accompanied by hail and active winds in parts of the highlands of Makkah, Al-Baha, Asir, Jazan, and Najran. The report indicated that surface wind movement over the Red Sea will be northwesterly to southwesterly at 10-30 km/h, reaching over 50 km/h with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. Wave height will range from 0.5 to 1.5 meters, rising to over 2 meters with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the northern part. The sea state will range from light waves to moderate waves with the formation of rainy thunderclouds in the southern part. Surface wind movement over the Arabian Gulf will be northwesterly to northeasterly at 13-27 km/h, wave height from 0.5 to 1 meter, and the sea state will be light waves.
